  • How long do credits last?

    Blocks of credit are purchased in advance and are valid for twelve months. We also have gift vouchers available if you’d like to give your friends or family a special treat.

  • How can I contact you?

    The best way to contact us is using the enquiry form on the website as we are usually out and about doing jobs during the day, or there’s an office and mobile number too.

  • Do I get a discount for regular work?

    The best way to get a discount on regular work is by using the 10% bonus offer when you buy blocks of £200 of credit to spend with us.

  • How long will a job take?

    Use your best estimate on how long you think a job will take. We’ll let you know if you haven’t booked enough time when we call to confirm.

  • What happens if a job takes longer?

    If the job takes longer, we will always check back with you before doing any extra work so there are never any nasty surprises.

  • Will you do a job that’s not on the list?

    We can do (almost) any job that makes your life easier and don’t worry as you’re unlikely to surprise us with something new. So if there’s a job that been bugging you please get in touch and we’ll do it for you. Go on, give us a try…

  • How do I pay?

    We accept cash on completion, BACS transfer or card payments via iZettle (fees apply).

  • How much does it cost?

    Desk work and cleaning is £15 per hour such as; researching holidays, organising restaurant reservations and booking and confirming.

    £20 per Elf per hour (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm). Local public transport costs are included but we add on any other expenses such as car or van hire if your job needs this.

    £30 per Elf per hour for early mornings (before 9am), late nights (after 6pm), weekends and Bank Holidays.
